Vintage-Stash is an online store and not open for walk-in business. However, we occasionally do different shows in Texas. Currently, you may be able to catch us at:

ORDERING

To get the good stuff, simply click the “Buy Me” purse icon next to the item you want. This will add that item to your shopping cart. Then, please continue shopping. When you’re finished, click on the “Check Out” button.

During checkout, you will have an opportunity to rethink the items in your shopping cart (although since you’re shopping at Vintage-Stash, why would you want to?). Once you’re happy with your order, you will be taken to a secure sight to enter your shipping and payment information. Once the transaction is complete, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, process your order, and then your Vintage-Stash purse (make that “purses” for you wild ones!) will be on its way to you.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit cards through PayPal. If paying by credit card, your purse(s) will be shipped right away. If paying by money order, we will place the purse on hold until we receive your money order, and then it will be shipped. If you pay by check, your purse(s) will be held until your check clears.

International shoppers must pay by credit card.

SALES TAX

Texas residents will be charged appropriate sales tax. Sorry, but it’s the law!

SHIPPING

All items are sent by USPS. Insurance is required. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are welcomed. Shipping costs will vary. Be prepared – international shipping costs! International shoppers must pay by credit card through PayPal.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted. Just inform us within two days of the delivery date (as stated on the delivery confirmation of your package), by e-mail, that you are returning the purse and why. Once we have confirmed your return request, ship the purse back to us. Be sure to INSURE YOUR PACKAGE, as Vintage-Stash will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged in the mail! The return package must be received at Vintage-Stash no later than nine days after the original delivery date in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within one week. If you purchased the item by credit card PayPal, you refund will be sent by credit card through PayPal. If you purchased by check or money order, your refund will be made by check. All refunds will be MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES.

To qualify for a refund, all returns must arrive in the same condition (no additional stains, rips, tears, holes, smells, repairs, etc.).

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available. Choose any amount you wish, then add $2.00 for shipping/handling. We’ll deliver it to whomever you want.
